Auckland Contest 2020

This weekend was the weekend for the Auckland Centre Contest or Auckland Provincials Pipe Band Contest.

This year I played with City of Auckland Pipe Band, we had 9 pipers, 4 side drummers, and between 2 and 3 tenor drummers.

Even though we did not have any competition in the grade, it was a good way to determine what will happen in two weeks time at the CNI contest, and then the nationals after that.

We got some good comments from the crowd and judges, just need to wait for the marking sheets to come in.
